Amateur
An Individual Certified as an Amateur is one who is competent and can excel at Conceptualization. Having the capability of shaping New Enterprise, Ecosystem, Business, Role and Data Models. Further shaping the models with an Architecture and producing Proof of Concepts (POC) that shines a light on the potential of a solution that is distinctive in its Value Proposition.

Apprentice
An Individual Certified as an Apprentice is one who is competent and can excel at Engineering Solutions. How successfully the Models Conceived are Converted into Creations. Having the capability to use the advancement of Digital Technology to develop Proof of Success (Prototypes) that will be hard to ignore. Fusing Data, Roles (Talent), New Materials / Resources / Energy, Financial Capital & Intelligent Infrastructure into New Relevace.

Activist
An Individual Certified as an Activist will have at least 3 Transformative Projects that see the conversion of Solutions to Applications. Addressing Personalization that offers a Unique Engagement and Experience to a Segment of One. The Activist is able to bring their Micro and Macro Learning into bear on the way the Journey of Excellence moves the needle from Competence to Excellence.

Artist
An Individual Certified as a Specialist whose Excellence can be relied upon for shaping Transformatively Innovative Initiatives. One who can lead challenging projects bringing together the various disciplines of transformation for successful outcomes.
